Textone decorative coating system(tdcs) is a remarkable and revolutionary Natural(Bianco Carrara) Stone(Emerald Pearl) coating that has the feature of textured, feel, looks and finish of a Natural(Bianco Carrara) Stone(Emerald Pearl) such as brick, Slate(G611), limeStone(Emerald Pearl) and Marble(Kashmir Gold) or even rocks.
Textone is a technology originated from australia, where the Natural(Bianco Carrara) Stone(Emerald Pearl) is crushed, processed and chemically treated, which later made into powder forms called Stone(Emerald Pearl)mix. The powder is blended thoroughly with the correct ratio of liquimix to form a paste. The paste is then applied similar to that of cement plastering.

On the design and texture desired by the clients.
The surface area needed to be primed prior to plastering and that would be followed by the process of cutting the grouts to form the design such as cobbleStone(Emerald Pearl), bricks, square/rectangle Slate(G611), broken Tiles(G654) or Marble(Kashmir Gold) design etc. The color pigments can either be blended during the mixing of the paste or can be applied directly on the surface upon drying. Finally, a topcoat called sealer is applied for smooth and dynamic finishes, which also form as a waterproofing to the surface.
Textone can be used for exterior and interior floors and walls alike. It can be applied directly on cement floor, wood, plastered wall, gypsum board, silicate board, metals, aluminums, fiber board and even on existing ceramic Tiles(G654) without the need to remove the ceramic by conventional hacking and rescreeding. For new areas, a screed base should be prepared by the contractor in accordance to the building and construction procedures, and followed by tdcs on top.
For existing areas where the surface is ceramic Tiles(G654), tdcs is directly applied without having to remove the existing Tiles(G654).
Renovation of any premise can be cumbersome and expensive and considerably affect business operations if there is need for closure of their business premises. In all, tdcs is cost effectives and new era for renovation works.
